For Plan C+ users to access your Website Control Panel, please goto the following URL:

If your domain name is david.com, then please enter "www.david.com/siteadmin"

Then you will be asked to enter a username and password which should be given to you in our order confirmation letter.

Once you login with your username and password, you have successfully entered the Website Control Panel.

On the left is the Main menu bar of the Website Control Panel. Each of the links is explained as follows:

	User Management: for you to create, modify or delete user accounts. These accounts can be configured to serve Email service, FTP service, Set as Site Administrator, etc.
	List Management: for you to setup a Email Discussion List.
	Site Settings: for you to review your website property: e.g. IP address, Disk Space quota, maximum number of users, etc.
	FTP Settings: for you to ajust your anonymous FTP server settings
	SSL settings: for you to install a digital certificate. You can also create your self-signed Digital Certificate which is free of charge.
	Site Usage: for you to review the Website, email and FTP traffic statistics. This stats are all updated daily.
	Backup: for you to backup your data either realtime or schedule your own regular data backup
	Restore: for you to restore any backup in case you need to do it.
	Server Management: This link is for HKIS Support Staff only. This serves to provide technical support more efficiently in case you need our support staff for help.
