"Virtual Server does NOT equal to web hosting" why?

A HKIS Virtual Server provides you most of the features that a real internet server can serve. It is a specially designed unix environment in which a separate Web Server, Mail Server, FTP Server, POP E-mail server and IMAP E-Mail Server are installed in one Virtual Server. Also, you can install any customized programs or servers(e.g. database, IRC, etc) on your own Virtual Server.

The unique features of a Virtual Server are:
