With your Virtual Mail Service, E-mail can become a very useful business tool. Providing E-mail access to your customers allows them to communicate with your company without incurring a long distance phone charge or waiting on the line for the "next available operator." Your Virtual Mail Service also allows you to alias E-mail addresses. E-mail aliasing allows your company to have E-mail addresses linked to your own domain. Your address might be "anything@your_name.com", or  "anything@your_name.com.hk" and not an extension of your local access providers name. The Virtual Mail Service forwards your incoming mail to your E-mail account with your local access provider.

With unlimited E-mail aliasing, you can have an E-mail address for customer support, an E-mail address for service, a set of E-mail addresses for your marketing department, and even an E-mail address for your friends, relatives or whoever you like, all at no extra cost! The aliasing will forward the mail received for these addresses to any E-mail account or accounts you already have established with your local access provider.

You can specify which email alias directed to which email account one by one. And then with the rest email directed to one email account. You can also set one email alias to direct to more than one email accounts and impregment the function of email auto-reply.

For Web Resellers, if you have additional domains installed in your Virtual Server, you can give your customers unlimited email alias for all domains in the virtual server.

Advanced features like blocking of emails from spam email senders, CGI implemented email service, etc. can also be implemented.

Post Office Protocol, or POP, allows users to read their E-mail without having to log into a server and learn a cumbersome mail program. Instead the user uses the operating system he or she is used to and a POP client. There are now many high quality POP clients to choose from for nearly every major operating system including Windows, Macintosh, and OS/2.

The Virtual POP service allows your company to establish an Internet mail system at a very low cost which enables your company to use a less expensive connection to the Internet. Each of your company's staff can have their own E-mail accounts with their own passwords to check and read emails.

With your Virtual POP Service you can establish as many E-mail accounts for your business as you choose. Unlike E-mail aliasing, with the POP service your mail is stored on your Virtual Server. Each of your company's staff can then configure their favourite Email programs (Eudora, Pegasus, etc.) to dial in through their local access provider and read their emails.

Since you can create as many E-mail accounts as you like, your company has much more flexibility. Without a Virtual POP Service, you would need to establish a commercial SMTP gateway for Novell and Microsoft E-mail solutions. This can cost thousands of dollars! Another option would be to purchase multiple E-mail accounts from your local access provider. This can also become a very costly option.

The Virtual POP Service allows you to establish unlimited E-mail addresses at no extra charge and access all of them with a very limited number of dial-up accounts from your local access provider. The Virtual POP Service will literally save you hundreds, or even thousands of dollars.

For Web Resellers, once you have an additional domain installed in your Virtual Server, you can setup POP E-mail accounts for your customers and set the E-mail quota that you allow in these email accounts.

Furthermore, all POP emails account are now IMAP compatible.

Most of other Internet Presence Provider or Web Hosting Company only offers their clients one or NO Telnet accounts. It is because they worry very much on their server resources being compromised and exposure of their system security holes.

However, a Telnet account is very essential for experienced usrs. Many of the server side configuration need system commands in Telnet session. For example, setting of password protection web pages by "htpasswd", change permissions of files by "chmod", set automatic scheduled task by "crontab", etc. Telnet account is a must for high-end and advanced users.

With your Virtual Telnet Service you can establish as many Telnet accounts for your business as you choose. Each of the Telnet accounts you setup would have its own set of User ID and Group ID. Therefore, those Virtual Telnet users account would have different User ID from your administrative Telnet account(the Virtual Root account). This means that you do not need to worry about the security as different ID users cannot run/disturb the process of other users.

With Virtual Telnet Service, your company internet servers can be run with the highest efficiency as your staff or users having their own Telnet accounts with their own usernames and passwords could work together on your Virtual Server at the same time.

The Virtual Telnet Service also allows your staff or users to setup their own homepages. What they need to do is just put their homepages in a directory named "public_html" and then they can access their homepages with URL http://www.your_domain.com/~user.
